Return policy

[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If this isn’t the case, you can return to us any articles you have purchased from MOLA. For your return, please note our separate Cancellation Policy.

And this is how it works: :

  • Please fill out the return form you received with your order. Or you may use the attached model cancellation form (cancellation-form/ PDF)
  • Put it into protective packaging along with the article you wish to return, which should be in original packaging, if possible.
  • Attach the return sticker to the shipping package. Make sure that the original shipping sticker is no longer visible. Hand the package in to a DHL Shop near you. We will take care of the rest for you.

If you want to return articles from several different orders all together, please make sure to put the return forms with the corresponding articles in the package. This will make it easier and quicker for us to process even multiple returns.

As soon as we get your return, you will receive an e-mail from us to confirm receipt.

How do you get your money back?

As soon as we have received your return and it has been checked, we will return the amount paid within a few days. Depending on your method of payment, you will receive one of the following:

  • For payment via PayPal: a credit on your PayPal account. You then decide in your PayPal settings whether this amount remains on your PayPal account to be used for another purchase or if it is returned to your bank account. We have no control over this.
  • For purchase on invoice: a credit to your bank account. To do so, we must have your bank details! Please make a note of them on the return form.
  • For purchase with advance payment: a credit to your bank account. To do so, we must have your bank details! Please make a note of them on the return form.
  • For purchase on credit card: a credit to your credit card account. You’ll find the corresponding booking on your next credit card invoice. We have no control over the date on which the amount is credited to your credit card account.
