When do we use and process your personal data?

Data protection is a matter of trust and your trust is important to us. We respect your privacy. As a result, the protection and lawful collection, processing and usage of your personal data is also one of our utmost concerns. What do we do with your personal data?

We use your personal data to process orders, to deliver the goods, to process payments, to protect our website from any misuse and to inform you about the status of your order.

We save the contract text and send you the order data via e-mail. You can refer to our Terms and Conditions of Business at any time here. You can also find previous orders in your customer account.

We do not give your personal data, including your home address and e-mail address to any third parties without your express prior consent, which can be revoked at any time. Excepted from this are our service partners who require this information in order to process your order (e.g. the shipping company that delivers your order and the bank that processes the payment). In these cases, the amount of information provided will be kept to a minimum.

IYour interests deserving protection will be taken into account in accordance with the legal provisions. We also use and process your address and order information for our own evaluation.
